To provide the Bonlive service we collect your name, email address, Swiss phone number, and delivery address. For concierge orders we may collect a list of requested goods and associated store preferences.
Your concierge's POV stream is transmitted over an end-to-end encrypted channel. Streams are viewable only by you and any household members you explicitly invite. We do not store live stream data on third-party advertising servers.
All personal data is stored in Supabase infrastructure within the European Union (Frankfurt region), ensuring compliance with Swiss nFADP and GDPR requirements. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA without explicit consent.
Under Swiss nFADP and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact admin@bonlive.ch to exercise these rights. We will respond within 30 days.
Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. Video recordings are deleted after 24 hours by default. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

When you enable the POV add-on, your concierge's glasses camera streams live to your Bonlive session. This stream is encrypted in transit and is not accessible to Bonlive staff unless you explicitly share a replay link.

We only share recordings with law enforcement in response to a valid Swiss court order. We notify affected customers of such requests to the extent permitted by law.

Every Bonlive order is confirmed on live video. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will investigate and work to resolve the issue. The POV recording serves as the primary evidence record.
Bonlive does not currently operate a formal third-party insurance scheme for purchased goods. We are actively evaluating insurance partnerships and will update this page when a programme is in place. If you are purchasing high-value items, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements.
Contact admin@bonlive.ch within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day.
Bonlive concierges are covered by Bonlive's professional liability policy. Bonlive accepts no liability for customer instructions that result in damaged or unusable goods (e.g. buying an incorrect size after it was shown on camera and approved by the customer).

Bonlive is a personal shopping and delivery service operated by Orji & Services (CHE-200.874.419), Rue du Dauphiné 14, 1203 Genève. We connect customers in Geneva with vetted concierges who shop, stream, and deliver on their behalf.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Swiss delivery address to use Bonlive. Services are currently available within the Canton of Geneva only.
Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in Swiss Francs (CHF). The service fee covers the concierge's time and delivery. Goods are charged at exact receipt cost — we never mark up products. Tips are optional and paid directly to your concierge.
You may not use Bonlive to purchase controlled substances, items requiring age verification that cannot be confirmed remotely, or goods for resale. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Any dispute arising from the use of Bonlive shall first be addressed through our customer support at admin@bonlive.ch. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of Bonlive after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified by email.
