Live video on the streets of Geneva is a serious thing. Bonlive treats it like one.
Background checks, references, in-person training. Each shopper carries a Bonlive ID and badge.
Your live feed is end-to-end encrypted, viewable only by you and household members you invite. Stored 24h, then erased.
Glasses indicate they are recording with a visible LED. Concierges pause the stream in private spaces and around minors.
Every purchase is confirmed on live video with a receipt. Something wrong? We make it right — contact us within 24 hours.
You choose whether your order uses live video. The concierge pauses recording in sensitive areas. Recordings are deleted after 24 hours unless you choose to keep them.
Bonlive does not stream inside locations that prohibit recording. Where filming is not allowed, your concierge switches to audio, chat, photo confirmation, or written confirmation.
Bonlive concierges are covered by professional liability insurance. Purchased goods are handled carefully, and claims are reviewed case by case. High-value purchases require prior approval.

Not at all. Your concierge wears the glasses; you watch on a phone, tablet, or computer. The POV stream is optional on every order — turn it on with one tap.
Yes. Add up to four trusted family members to a Bonlive Résidence. They receive notifications, can join the live stream, and can place orders on your behalf — with your approval.
Your concierge shows you the alternatives in real time, on camera. You decide. If you'd rather not be interrupted, set substitution preferences in advance.
By default, recordings are kept for 24 hours so you can review the order, then permanently deleted. You can disable storage entirely, or download your own copy before deletion.
All Bonlive concierges speak fluent French; the majority also speak English. German, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic-speaking concierges are available on request.
CHF 50 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Goods are billed separately at exact receipt cost — we never mark up. You see every receipt linked to the moment it was scanned.
